Shipping Policy

All items included on this website can be shipped to the customer at the most reasonable method at the best available prices. items are generally shipped by UPS or the USPS.

All UPS shipments will include a tracking number and USPC can be tracked for an additional Fee.

All items will be safely packaged to avoid damage.

Return & Exchange Policy

For customized material, you will be supplied a proof prior to processing. Material will then be produced according to the proof and no product meeting the description of the proof cat be returned.

Product not meeting the description can be accepted for return and will be returned at no charge.

All defective material must be received and approved before credit can be issue.

Since all material supplied is completed at our shop, some variation while minimized is normal. This can include exact size, color and shape.
