Customer Care

We make every effort to give you a final product, that exceeds your expectations.  But this process involves you. On projects that require us to setup type, layout design, or altering photos, we will send you a proof. This proof is to make sure that we have prepared everything correctly to your specs, and to double check spelling, photos are not bitmapped, and the layout is correct. Once you have checked the proof, we will need an approval on the project. Note: Once a project has been approved will not offer any exchanges, refunds or reprint for any error that was not caught on the Proof. We have a guarantee that we will match the approved proof. If for some reason there is a mechanical flaw, or other quality issue, we will reprint your project. You can contact our customer service Monday - Friday : 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.

Privacy & Safety

Any information that we collect during the sales of an Item is not Sold or given, We use Wix Payment or Square which has a strict policy or Privacy and Safety.

Wholesale Inquiries

It you are a broker or graphic artist, we do offer a wholesale program. Our standard discount on wholesale items is 30% off our Regular Pricing. All products that we are are protected un our customer agreement, that we will not approach any wholesales customer in offering Sales, Saling Direct or other dealings with your customer.
